Mineral and royalty interests
An interest may be held outright, shared with others, inherited, reserved in a deed, or tied to a well or unit. The documents matter.
East Texas landmen
Lone Pine's landmen work across East Texas and the Haynesville area. We review mineral and royalty interests, oil and gas leases, deeds, probate records, division orders, and other public filings when an interest fits our work.
An interest may be held outright, shared with others, inherited, reserved in a deed, or tied to a well or unit. The documents matter.
A lease, lease memorandum, assignment, release, and unit record can each be part of the picture. A lease is not proof of title.
When an interest passes through a family or estate, probate, heirship, deeds, and prior transfers can affect the present ownership.
How we work
If you have an offer or a question, a landman can start with the county, the type of interest, and the documents you are comfortable describing. We do not need private records to have an initial conversation.
Lone Pine buys for its own account. We are not a broker and do not market interests for other buyers.

Have you received a competing offer to buy or lease? We can discuss the type of offer, the county, and the records that may be worth checking.
